[Thursday, August 20, 2026] Eighteen employees of Samkwang Co., Ltd. began the first course of the “AI Vibe Coding Work Improvement Development” training at the Gyeongbuk IT Convergence Industry Technology Institute headquarters.

This training was designed to enhance capabilities in applying AI and Vibe Coding to real work and to directly plan and develop improvement services applicable to each department’s tasks. The training will run for a total of 50 hours over 7 days, from August 20 to October 26.

Participants will first begin by learning step-by-step the basics of AI Vibe Coding and the use of work-supporting agents, followed by data processing, automation of repetitive tasks, and planning and designing tasks for business improvement. Then, they will select tasks relevant to their respective work, directly implement the agents, and verify them. Finally, they will present and demonstrate the completed deliverables.

On the first day of training, August 20, the training was held under the theme “AI Vibe Coding Basics and Assistant Agent for Work Support.” Participants learned the basic concepts and mindset of AI Vibe Coding, built the Claude Code environment, and mastered the fundamentals of prompt usage.

They then spent time practicing hands-on with an assistant agent that can be used in real work, such as summarizing documents and drafting, gaining experience in how AI can be applied to everyday tasks.

Employees who participated in the training said, “I had always used AI only for simple tasks like searching or document creation, but this training impressed me with how it can be applied in connection with real work processes.” They added, “By the time the training ended, I hope to create deliverables that demonstrate how I can apply what I learned to actual work and improve work efficiency.”

Through this training, Samkwang plans to strengthen employees’ practical AI application capabilities and identify real cases of operational improvement by applying AI across various areas, including tasks and data processing that repeatedly occur in each department.
