[Wednesday, July 15, 2026] Samkwang Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. held a training session for its employees focused on understanding the new vehicle development process and enhancing practical skills.

The session was organized to share the standard new vehicle development schedule and key practical concepts, as well as to improve overall understanding of the automotive development process. It was also conducted to facilitate smoother communication and increase work efficiency during future collaborations with automotive clients and Tier 1 suppliers.

The training focused on the standard new vehicle development schedule—both before and after model finalization—examining key tasks and review items at each stage. Additionally, participants shared key concepts and practical terminology frequently used in automotive development and gained an understanding of the entire development workflow, from the planning stage through mass production.

Following the training, a Q&A session covered the purpose of facelifts, as well as the order of new vehicle launches and sales schedules by country. Employees who attended the session broadened their understanding by exchanging views on the key standards applied in the actual automotive development and launch processes, as well as market-specific operational approaches.
