[Monday, July 13, 2026] Samkwang Co., Ltd. conducted an energy audit consultation at its headquarters as part of the “Support Program for ESG Management Adoption by Outstanding Companies in Youth Employment and Job Creation.”

This consulting session was organized to strengthen the foundation for ESG management and systematically assess energy usage at the facility. During the session, the company reviewed the status of major equipment and energy usage at its headquarters, focusing particularly on the operational condition of aging equipment and the feasibility of switching to high-efficiency equipment.

In addition, the team analyzed potential inefficiencies in energy usage and discussed improvement strategies to reduce energy consumption and enhance operational efficiency. 

Through this project, Samkwang Co., Ltd. is expected to receive up to 9 million won in support for implementing ESG management. Based on the diagnostic results, the company plans to review feasible improvement initiatives and carry out related activities. 

Moving forward, Samkwang Co., Ltd. intends to continue its efforts to elevate its ESG management standards across environmental, social, and governance areas, and to foster sustainable facility operations and a better working environment.
