[June 23 (Tue) – June 26 (Fri), 2026] Samkwang Co., Ltd. conducted workplace measurements in collaboration with the Korea Occupational Health Association, in accordance with Article 125 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.

This monitoring was conducted to protect workers’ health and create a comfortable work environment by identifying the characteristics of hazardous chemical agents and assessing workers’ exposure levels.

The workplace environment monitoring focused on the main production processes at Samkwang, WinTech, and Taeryung Enterprises. At Samkwang, measurements focused on the mold manufacturing process and workplaces related to automated production; at WinTech, they covered the mold manufacturing, MCT, air washing room, engraving room, assembly, and painting (spindle, robot) areas; and at Taeryung Enterprise, the focus was on the painting process.

The main measurement items were hazardous factors that could affect workers, such as organic compounds and metalworking fluids, among the chemicals that may be generated during the work processes. The measurements were conducted taking into account the characteristics of each process and the actual working environment of the employees, and comprehensively verified the presence of hazardous factors and whether exposure levels exceeded the established standards.

Samkwang will continue to strive to ensure that its employees can work in a safe and comfortable environment through regular workplace environment measurements and follow-up management.
