[Saturday, May 30, 2026] The Vietnam Division conducted training on environmental safety, chemical handling, and first aid for all employees to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment.

This training was organized to proactively prevent various safety accidents that could occur within the workplace and to ensure employees are fully aware of the safety rules they must strictly adhere to while on the job. In particular, the effectiveness of the training was enhanced by tailoring the sessions to specific job roles, such as production sites, chemical handling, and medical response duties.

The training programs and certification requirements were customized according to the specific characteristics of each job role. The group of safety managers received safety training completion certificates upon finishing the program, while production floor employees were issued industrial safety and health training management handbooks. Additionally, workers handling chemicals received chemical safety training management handbooks to help prevent hazards that may arise during the use and management of chemicals.

Medical staff completed specialized medical training to ensure they can respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies at the workplace and received relevant certifications upon completion. 

Through this training, the Vietnam Business Division raised individual employees’ safety awareness and strengthened their understanding of the hazards associated with their respective job roles. 

The Vietnam Business Division plans to continue conducting this training annually to sustain its accident prevention efforts. Furthermore, the division will combine training with regular inspections to ensure employees practice safety protocols in their daily work, striving to create a safe workplace where everyone can work with peace of mind.
