[Tuesday, May 12, 2026] Kim Jin-woo, CEO of Samkwang Co., Ltd., conducted an on-site inspection of the Vietnam Business Division. 

This on-site inspection was conducted to review the Vietnam Business Division’s production status and process operation standards, as well as to share strategies for strengthening quality competitiveness and organizational management.

The inspection was attended by Vietnam Business Division Head Song Jong-deuk, along with team leaders and section heads from each department. It proceeded in the order of the assembly process in Building A, followed by injection molding, painting, and the assembly process in Building C. 

Key inspection items included the operational status of production equipment, the level of automation, and the status of 3S and 6S management. The team identified areas for improvement at each site and reaffirmed management standards to create a more stable production environment.

During the event, CEO Kim Jin-woo took time to communicate with employees, stating, “Recently, the headquarters organized an event to celebrate Family Day, providing employees with an opportunity to spend meaningful time with their families. I hope that the Vietnam subsidiary will also organize a similar event next year where employees and their families can come together. 

“Furthermore, to strengthen our quality competitiveness, we need more meticulous and thorough management of our products. Please pay special attention to ensure that careful management is carried out throughout the entire production process.

Inventory management is a critical factor. As this is a matter that requires a shared sense of responsibility across all departments, I ask that each department work together organically to ensure efficient inventory management.

Finally, as the hot weather continues, the health of all employees is our top priority. Please maintain a constant focus not only on managing the work environment but also on nutrition.”

Moving forward, Samkwang Co., Ltd. plans to establish a stable production environment through continuous on-site management and process improvements, thereby enhancing its competitiveness as a global manufacturing entity.
