On Saturday, April 25, 2026, employees from Samkwang Co., Ltd.’s Vietnam Division participated in the 1st Workers’ Tug-of-War Competition, organized by the Bac Ninh Province Labor Federation to commemorate Labor Day and Occupational Safety and Health Awareness Month.

The competition featured 28 teams from the Bac Ninh Province Labor Federation, with approximately 500 participants. Each team consisted of 16 mixed-gender members and was divided into four groups to compete in a tournament format.

Samkwang Vietnam Division advanced through the preliminaries based on strong teamwork and maintained consistent performance in the finals, ultimately winning the bronze medal. The tournament awarded prizes to one first-place team (10 million VND), one second-place team (8 million VND), and six third-place teams (6 million VND each), with Samkwang securing third place.

The event served as an opportunity to reaffirm the teamwork built on employee cooperation and unity, and concluded as a meaningful occasion for sharing the importance of fostering a healthy organizational culture.
