Our company is actively promoting team activities to establish a field-centered improvement culture and expand voluntary participation among members. As a preparatory step, we conducted team training.

This training was designed to help members who will participate in team operations accurately understand the concept and purpose of teams and systematically advance future activities.

The training content included: ▲Definition and purpose of task forces ▲Task force implementation plan ▲Operational formats and procedures ▲Examples of task force cases. It was conducted with a focus on real-world examples to help participants more easily grasp the direction of task force activities.

Particular emphasis was placed on the process of members themselves identifying and improving problems arising on the shop floor through task force activities. It served as an opportunity to share the idea that small improvements, when accumulated, can enhance the competitiveness of the entire organization.

A company representative stated, “We expect this training will help team activities evolve beyond simple improvement efforts into a culture of member participation,” adding, “We will continue providing ongoing support and systematic management to ensure team activities become firmly established in the workplace.”

Meanwhile, our company plans to continuously implement regular coaching and sharing of best practices to ensure stable operation of team activities going forward.
