[Thursday, January 15, 2026] Samkwang CEO Jinwoo Kim conducted an on-site inspection of the Vietnam Business Division. Division Head Song Jong-deuk and team leaders from each department participated in this inspection.

The inspection proceeded in the following order: Assembly in Building A, Injection Molding in Building A, Mold Making, Painting, Assembly in Building C, MCT, Production Technology, and Injection Molding in Building C. The focus was on verifying the operational status of production equipment, automation levels, the work environment, and the state of 3S 6S management for each process. Particular emphasis was placed on checking equipment stability, the tidiness of the site, and compliance with work standards.

As a result of the inspection, corrective measures were implemented for some equipment to improve the working environment and strengthen management. Maintenance of key production equipment and on-site tidying were carried out concurrently. The need to improve line balance to enhance production efficiency was also shared.

Through this on-site inspection, the Vietnam Business Division plans to reorganize management standards and improvement items for each process. It aims to enhance production stability and quality competitiveness by strengthening production equipment management and improving the working environment.
