[Thursday, January 15, 2026] Samkwang Co., Ltd. signed an RISE D-Bridge Network agreement with Youngjin College to establish a ‘One-Stop Support System for Foreign Students Throughout Their Entire Academic Journey’. Additionally, they signed a customized, order-based education industry-academic cooperation agreement to operate the ‘Advanced Industry Talent Development Bootcamp Project’.

This agreement was established to build a close cooperation system between local universities and industries, supporting international students' regional settlement and employment while systematically cultivating practical talent aligned with industrial demands. 

Through the RISE D-Bridge Network agreement, both institutions plan to jointly pursue initiatives including: co-operating programs to enhance job competencies and employment connections for international students; providing vocational Korean language and job-specific training for families of international students linked to companies; and building networks to help companies secure global talent.

Furthermore, under the customized, order-based education industry-academic cooperation agreement, the two institutions will jointly plan and operate curricula reflecting industrial demand in the robotics field. They will promote practical talent development through IC-PBL, capstone design, field training, and internships, along with employment linkage for up to 10 students annually. They will also collaborate to strengthen industrial competitiveness by providing technical consulting and troubleshooting support in robot operation/maintenance and system integration (SI) fields.

Through this agreement, Samkwang Co., Ltd. has further strengthened its talent development system and established a foundation for global talent to grow steadily within the local industrial sector.

Samkwang plans to continue its efforts through ongoing collaboration to enhance regional industrial competitiveness and jointly cultivate practical talent to lead future industries.
