[Sunday, December 21, 2025 to Tuesday, December 23, 2025] Samkwang Co., Ltd.'s Vietnam Business Division participated in the Lai Chau Province Job Fair, jointly hosted by the Lai Chau Provincial Department of Home Affairs and the Employment Service Center, to recruit and discover talent for 2026.

Staff from the HR & General Affairs Support Team and Assembly Team of the Vietnam Business Division participated in this event, with approximately 300 attendees visiting the Samkwang booth.

HR & General Affairs Support Team staff introduced the company, production status, working environment, and welfare systems to the participants.

A Samkwang representative at the job fair stated, “The Lai Chau region is home to many talented individuals. Samkwang will use this fair as an opportunity to further expand exchanges with local youth and create numerous opportunities for talent to grow alongside Samkwang.”

Samkwang's Vietnam Business Division plans to establish a continuous communication system through SNS channels (Zalo, TikTok, Facebook) and expand regular cooperative networks within Lai Chau Province. This will lay the foundation for stable talent acquisition, aiming for a 90% regular employee recruitment rate by 2026.

Moving forward, Samkwang Co., Ltd. will continue to discover and nurture outstanding talent through tailored recruitment activities in various regions of Vietnam.
