The New Year's Ceremony was held on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The Samkwang Award is presented to the individual who made the most significant contribution to Samkwang during the year and played a crucial role in shaping its future. Youngguk Kim, a professional from the US Business Division, was honored for his contributions to establishing the US subsidiary and stabilizing mass production. He received a cash prize of 10 million won and a family travel voucher worth 3 million won as part of the award.

The Outstanding Employee awards went to Kwangho Park from the Vietnam Business Division, who contributed to preventing malfunctions and reducing costs through mold structure improvements, and Inhyuk Cho from the Global Management Support Division, who contributed to establishing a foundation for preventing major accidents and improving on-site stability levels.

At the Mentor-Mentee Pairing Ceremony, a total of 6 mentees received business card cases and smile badges.

At the monthly address, CEO Jinwoo Kim stated, "This year is the Year of the Red Horse, the Year of Byeong-o.

Finally, the unveiling ceremony for the Samkwang Spirit Monument was held. The ceremony concluded with the chanting of the slogan, “We can do it! Let's leap forward powerfully in 2026,” for Samkwang's new leap forward in 2026.
