[Saturday, August 30, 2025] Samkwang Inc.'s U.S. Division recently participated in the regular local event **“Macon County Day”** held in Macon County, Alabama, USA, sharing a meaningful time with local residents. 

This annual event is a representative local festival. Samkwang was represented by CEO Jinwoo Kim and employees, while key local figures including Macon County Chairman Louis Maxwell, council members, and the Dean of Tuskegee University attended, adding significance to the festival.

In his congratulatory address, CEO Kim Jin-woo stated, “I sincerely congratulate Macon County on this festival. I hope you all enjoy this joyful day with your families. I look forward to seeing local citizens join Samkwang and work alongside us. Thank you to the Chairman for making this occasion possible,” and donated $1,000 to Macon County. 

At the festival site, CEO Kim Jinwoo and employees interacted with diverse local residents, introducing Samkwang and actively promoting local employment opportunities.
