[Thursday, August 28, 2025] CEO Kim Jin-woo of Samkwang USA Division conducted on-site management, sequentially inspecting the injection molding, purchasing, logistics, and assembly departments.

First, in the purchasing process, he verified compliance with speed limits for safe forklift operation and emphasized strengthening safety management.

In the injection molding process, he inspected the completion status of setting up and test-running 15 pieces of equipment. He also reviewed cost reduction measures through optimizing the allocation of injection molding machines currently in mass production and workers, as well as the hose connection methods between equipment and worker verification status.

Next, in the assembly process, he meticulously examined the 3S 6S activities for the ultrasonic bonding machine jigs and the on-site improvement status.

Concluding the site inspection, CEO Kim Jin-woo personally signed the first injection-molded part, reaffirming his commitment to prioritizing quality and safety in management.

Through this on-site management initiative, Samkwang plans to further solidify the stable operational foundation of its US Business Division and strengthen its global competitiveness.
