Samkwang Co., Ltd. conducted AI consulting in collaboration with the Samsung Win-Win Cooperation Center.

This AI consulting was conducted to strengthen the digital capabilities of employees and increase productivity. One person from each team was selected to lead the use of AI, and a total of 14 employees attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Kim Cheol-soo, Head of the Global MD Division, emphasized the need to actively integrate AI into office and support tasks that underpin manufacturing to improve operational efficiency. He urged department heads not to merely fulfill assigned tasks but to act as AI advocates within their departments, identifying and implementing new ideas.

The consulting session shared recent global AI technology trends and diverse application cases, including an overview of how Samsung Electronics is currently integrating AI into its operations.

Samsung's consulting experts emphasized that AI can provide information much faster and more accurately than humans in areas such as search, summarization, and translation. They shared that it is necessary to actively utilize generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini, as well as tools like NotebookLM that provide answers based solely on provided data, thereby minimizing the risk of false information, in both work and learning. 

Samkwang plans to continue actively introducing AI to build a next-generation work environment that enables employees to grow.
