[July 4, 2025 (Fri)] Samkwang Vietnam Division received a visit from SHARP Corporation employees.

SHARP is a leading Japanese electronics manufacturer founded in 1912 and is a company with high technology in display, home appliances, ICT technology, as well as precision components for electronic equipment.

The visit was held for the purpose of checking the progress of samples of automotive interior products (Cluster Housing, Brow Trim), which are scheduled to be mass-produced in 26 years, and discussing future collaboration plans, and was attended by executives and key executives from both companies to focus on technical details.

From Samkwang, Mr. Kim Cheol-soo, Global MD, and Mr. Song Jong-deuk, Business Director of Vietnam Business Division, along with members of the development and quality teams, attended, while from SHARP, the head of the purchasing team, the head of the department, and representatives from TECHNO ASSOCIE's Japan and Vietnam teams were present.

The line tours were conducted in the order of assembly, injection, mold, and painting, and the subsequent meetings covered topics such as sample submission status, supply chain management (SCM) strategy, reliability measures, dimensional and mold development status, and manufacturing process diagrams.

The two companies confirmed their intention to proactively manage risks in the pre-production stage through regular technical consultations and quality inspection systems, and to solidify their long-term partnership.

Going forward, the two companies will continue to communicate and exchange technologies to produce competitive products and respond to the global market.
