July 4, 2025 [Friday, July 4] Samkwang is accelerating its in-house digital transformation capabilities by conducting artificial intelligence (AI) training for executives and team leaders at the company's boardroom. 

The training aims to enhance understanding of the development and utilization of AI technology and share ways to innovate work through the introduction of generative AI.

The lecture was delivered by Seungman Cheon, Director of AI Cloud Center, who is an expert in the AI field, and covered various latest AI trends and outlooks in depth, focusing on the changes that generative AI technologies, including GPT, are making across industries.

The lecture content consisted of the following main topics: ▲ Changes before and after the emergence of generative AI, ▲ Benefits of AI in business, ▲ Growth prospects of the global AI market, ▲ Development factors of the mega AI industry, ▲ AI application service examples by field, ▲ Introduction of AI-based GITC solutions.

“Generative AI is not just a technology, but it is fundamentally changing corporate strategy and organizational culture,” said Seungman Chun, director of the center, emphasizing that “efficient work transformation using AI is the key to automating the organization's work practices.”

Employees who attended the training said, “Through this training, we were able to once again realize that AI is not just a trend but an essential competency.” “We will continue to regularly promote internal training on AI and actively consider introducing various solutions that can be applied to our actual work.”

Samkwang plans to continue to introduce strategic technologies for digital transformation and strengthen human resources capabilities.
