Samkwang Vietnam Business Division held a lunch meeting with Mr. Jongduk Song and key managers to hear their daily stories, work difficulties, and improvements. 

The meeting was held as part of communication to strengthen cooperation between departments and to operate a field-oriented organization.

“I think it will help us to increase the flexibility and execution of the entire organization by listening to managers' concerns and ideas up close,” said Jongdeuk Song, Head of the Business Division. ”I hope it will be more than just a meal, but an opportunity for each team to understand each other and share the common goals of the organization.”

The managers said, “It was meaningful to be able to talk honestly about things that we normally find difficult to communicate in a free atmosphere, and we look forward to more such events in the future.”

The Vietnam Division plans to continue to actively reflect the voices of the field in its operations through regular communication programs.
