[Tuskegee, Alabama, USA, May 7, 2025 (Wednesday, May 6, 2025) - In preparation for the full-scale operation of Samkwang's U.S. division, CEO Jinwoo Kim visited the U.S. division on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, to lay a stable initial operating foundation and strengthen local business.

During the visit, the highest-ranking sheriff of Macon County visited Samkwang's U.S. division to officially greet the company and take a tour of the factory facilities in order to strengthen future cooperation in law enforcement and security. 

After the factory tour, the sheriff personally presented Kim with a special gift: a sheriff's hat, shirt, and commemorative pin.

The Macon County Sheriff's Office said, “We are very pleased to welcome a global company like Samkwang to our area. We will actively cooperate and support the public safety sector to ensure that Samkwang's plant is stabilized,” said Sheriff Macon County.

Samkwang will continue to establish close cooperation with public institutions and communities in the U.S. to ensure stable production operations and sustainable local partnerships.
