[2026년 4월 20일(월)~4월 21일(화)] (주)삼광 베트남사업부에서 근로자의 날(5월 1일)을 기념해 선물 지급 행사를 진행했다. 

이번 이벤트는 현지 직원들의 헌신과 노고에 대한 감사의 뜻을 전하고, 조직 내 사기 진작과 소속감 강화를 위해 마련됐다.


현장에서는 선물을 수령한 직원들이 서로 이야기를 나누며 웃음을 보이는 등 밝고 화기애애한 분위기가 형성됐다. 일부 직원들은 동료들과 함께 선물을 확인하며 즐거운 시간을 보내는 모습도 눈에 띄었다.


프라이팬을 선물을 받은 직원들은 “회사가 저희를 위해 이런 자리를 마련해줘서 감사하게 생각합니다. 작은 선물이지만 큰 힘이 됩니다”라며 소감을 전했다.


이번 행사는 베트남사업부 임직원들의 노고를 다시 한번 되새기고, 구성원 간 유대감을 강화하는 계기가 되었으며, (주)삼광은 앞으로도 다양한 복지와 소통 프로그램을 통해 임직원 만족도를 높이고, 글로벌 사업장 간 긍정적인 조직문화를 지속적으로 만들어 나갈 계획이다.
