2026년 4월 1일(수), 2026년 4월 월례회가 진행되었다.


우수사원으로는 자동 포장기 개선을 통한 생산성 향상에 공을 기여한 베트남사업부 제조팀 사출파트 김양태 프로가 선정되었다.


멘토멘티 결연식에서는 총 3명의 멘티가 명함 케이스 및 스마일 배지를 수여 받았다.

 

월례사에서 김진우 대표이사는 “최근 미국과 이란의 전쟁으로 유가와 생필품 가격이 상승하며 전 세계적으로 어려운 상황입니다. 항상 리스크는 존재하며, 현재 원가 절감이 더욱 절실한 시기입니다. 이러한 때일수록 더욱 절약하고 절감해 나가야 합니다


몇 년 전부터 우리 회사가 갈 방향에 대해 이야기해왔습니다. 

특히 50주년 때, AI에 대해 말했습니다. AI 관련 부품 사업은 삼광의 미래를 열어가는 중요한 기회입니다.

쉽지 않은 분야들이지만 우리가 해낸다면 지금보다 몇 배의 성장을 이룰 수 있을 것입니다. 

여러분들은 삼광이라는 배가 계속 항해하고 있다는 것을 알고 AI 를 지속 활용해야 합니다. 질문하고, 답을 찾아 응용하며 자신의 것으로 만들어야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 도태될 수밖에 없습니다.


또한 재고를 줄이고 내부 순환이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 합니다. 처음에는 어렵겠지만 끊임없이 노력하면 반드시 해낼 수 있습니다.


3정 6S 활동도 현재 수준에 만족하지 말고 계속해서 발전시켜 나가야 합니다. 자신감은 필요하지만 자만하는 순간 경쟁력을 잃게 될 것입니다.
