[2025년 11월 27일 (목)] ㈜삼광이 서울 중구 대한상공회의소 국제회의장에서 열린 ‘2025 대한민국 일·생활 균형 우수기업 시상식’에서 일·생활 균형 우수기업으로 선정됐다. 

이번 선정은 고용노동부, 산업통상부, 중소벤처기업부 등 6개 기관이 공동 주최하고 노사발전재단이 주관하는 국가 단위 평가로, 기업의 유연근무제 운영, 근로시간 단축 노력, 연차 사용 문화 정착, 조직문화 개선 사례 등을 종합 심사해 이루어진다. 


올해는 서면 심사와 현장 실사를 거쳐 총 183개 기업이 우수기업으로 선정됐으며, 삼광은 회사 구성원들의 삶의 질을 높이고 지속 가능한 근무환경을 마련한 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.


삼광은 글로벌 사업 확장과 함께 조직 규모가 빠르게 커지는 가운데, 직원들이 업무 효율성과 개인 생활의 균형을 유지할 수 있는 제도를 지속적으로 강화해 왔다. 특히 유연근무 활성화, 근로 시간 단축 노력, 일하는 방식 혁신과 조직문화 개선, 연차 사용 활성화 캠페인 등 실제 현장에서 체감할 수 있는 제도를 도입하며 일하는 방식 전반의 개선을 추진해 왔다. 


Global 인사총무지원팀 관계자는 “삼광이 추구해온 사람 중심의 근무환경 조성이 외부에서 인정받은 결과라고 생각합니다. 앞으로도 일하는 방식과 조직문화를 지속적으로 개선해 더 나은 근무환경을 만들겠습니다”라고 소감을 밝혔다.


삼광은 이번 수상을 계기로 근로자의 삶의 질 향상과 업무 경쟁력 강화를 동시에 이끌 수 있는 제도적 기반을 더욱 체계적으로 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
