[2025년 7월 22일(화) ~ 23일(수)] (주)삼광에서 임직원들을 대상으로 직장 내 성희롱 예방 교육을 진행했다.


이번 교육은 직원들이 직장 내에서 발생할 수 있는 성희롱 상황을 정확히 인지하고, 올바르게 대응할 수 있도록 실제 사례를 바탕으로 교육을 진행하였다.


교육 내용은 성희롱의 정의와 유형, 상황별 실제 판례, 성차별과의 차이점, 성희롱 발생 시 대처 절차, 사내에서 발생하기 쉬운 구체적인 사례 소개로 구성되었다.


특히 실제 판례를 바탕으로 설명된 교육 내용은 직원들에게 경각심을 심어주었으며, 교육을 들은 직원들은 “무심코 지나쳤던 말이나 행동이 누군가에게는 불쾌감이나 상처를 줄 수 있다는 사실을 다시금 깨달을 수 있던 교육이었습니다.”는 소감을 전달했다.


 (주)삼광은 앞으로도 사내 정책과 제도를 강화하며, 유사 상황 발생 시 신속하고 공정한 조치가 이뤄질 수 있도록 관리 체계를 지속적으로 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
