[2025년 7월 4일(금)] (주)삼광 중역회의실에서 임원 및 팀장을 대상으로 인공지능(AI) 교육을 진행하며, 사내 디지털 전환 역량 강화에 박차를 가하고 있다. 


이번 교육은 AI 기술의 발전과 활용에 대한 이해를 높이고, 생성형 AI 도입을 통한 업무 혁신 방안을 공유하는 것을 목적으로 마련됐다.


교육은 AI 분야 전문가인 AI클라우드센터 천승만 센터장이 강의를 진행했으며, GPT를 포함한 생성형 AI 기술이 산업 전반에 미치는 변화를 중심으로, 다양한 최신 AI 동향과 전망을 심도 있게 다뤘다.


강의 내용은 ▲생성형 AI의 등장 전후 변화 ▲AI의 업무 활용 이점 ▲글로벌 AI 시장의 성장 전망 ▲초거대 AI 산업의 발전 요인 ▲분야별 AI 응용 서비스 사례 ▲AI 기반 GITC 솔루션 소개 등을 주요 주제로 구성되었다.


천승만 센터장은 강의에서 “생성형 AI는 단순한 기술을 넘어 기업의 전략과 조직 문화를 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다”며, “조직의 실무 자동화까지 AI를 활용한 효율적 업무 전환이 핵심”이라고 강조했다.


교육을 들은 임직원들은 “이번 교육을 통해 AI가 단순한 유행이 아닌 필수 역량임을 다시 한번 체감할 수 있었다”며 “앞으로도 AI 관련 내부 교육을 정기적으로 추진하고, 실제 업무에 접목할 수 있는 다양한 솔루션 도입을 적극 검토할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
