[2025년 7월 1일(월)] 최근 베트남 박장 지역의 고온다습한 날씨가 지속되는 가운데, 여름철 무더위에 지친 직원들을 위해 베트남사업부에서 아이스크림 이벤트가 진행되었다.


이번 이벤트는 점심시간을 이용하여 구내식당에서 진행되었으며 다양한 맛의 아이스크림이 준비되었다.

직원들은 동료들과 아이스크림을 먹으며 소소한 이야기를 나누는 모습이 곳곳에서 눈에 띄었다.


아이스크림을 먹은 직원들은 “요즘 날씨가 너무 더워서 서로 예민할 시기인데 점심시간에 아이스크림 먹으니 기분이 확 풀렸다”, “이벤트 덕분에 팀 분위기가 더 좋아졌다”는 반응을 보이며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다. 


앞으로도 베트남사업부는 직원들의 사기 진작과 조직 문화 활성화를 위한 다양한 소통 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 나갈 계획이다.
