[2025년 6월 26일(목)] ㈜삼광이 경북IT융합산업기술원 윤칠석 원장과의 실무간담회를 통해 인공지능, AI, 미래차 등의 분야에 협력체계를 구축했다.


본 간담회에는 삼광 양춘금 고문, Global IT팀 김진국 프로, Global 인사총무지원팀 김한용 프로가 참석했다.


이번 간담회에서 삼광은 경상북도 및 경산시의 예산 지원으로 운영되는 IT융복합 전문기관으로서, 지역 대표 기업인 삼광에 대해 보다 적극적인 지원을 요청했다. 특히 ▲AX 로드맵 수립을 위한 중장기 전략 컨설팅 ▲AI 클라우드 서버 인프라 지원 ▲미래차 연구본부와의 협업(전장부품, 소재부품, 자율주행 분야) ▲AI 직무교육 프로그램 확대 ▲AI전문인력 채용 연계 등의 협력 방안이 논의되었다.


윤칠석 원장은 “기업의 성장이 곧 나의 성장”이라는 신념을 밝히며, 삼광에 대한 전폭적인 지원 의지를 표명했다. 이에 따라 오는 7월 10일(목) 삼광에서 진행될 기업지원기관 합동 방문 행사에 경북IT융합산업기술원도 동참하기로 했다.


한편, 삼광은 경북IT융합산업기술원이 주관하는 다양한 교육 및 지원사업에도 참여하고 있다. 현재 진행 중인 주요 사업으로는 ▲AI 기반 엔지니어 스킬 향상 교육 ▲사출성형 및 금형설계 교육 ▲자동차부품 특화 GD&T 교육 ▲APQP 프로세스 교육 등이 있으며, 7월 2일에는 삼광 직원 대상 AI 활용 교육이 예정되어 있다.


지원사업으로는 ▲뿌리산업 일자리도약장려금 ▲청년 채용연계 지원금 사업 ▲초거대 AI 기술 컨설팅 ▲AI 인프라 자원 지원 등이 활발히 진행 중이다.


이번 간담회는 삼광이 지역 혁신 기관과의 유기적 협업을 통해 역량강화 및 경북 지역 산업 생태계 동반성장을 도모하는 데 중요한 발판이 될 것으로 기대된다.
