㈜삼광 베트남사업부에서 송종득 사업부장과 주요 관리자들이 함께 모여 점심식사를 하며 일상 이야기 및 업무상 어려움과 개선 사항을 직접 청취하는 시간을 가졌다. 


이번 간담회는 부서 간 협력 강화와 현장 중심의 조직 운영을 위한 소통의 일환으로 마련되었다.


송종득 사업부장은 “관리자들이 겪는 고민과 아이디어를 가까이에서 들을 수 있어 조직 전체의 유연성과 실행력을 높이는 데 도움이 될 것 같다”며 “단순한 식사 자리를 넘어, 각 팀이 서로를 이해하고 조직의 공동 목표를 공유할 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 좋겠다”는 소감을 밝혔다.


관리자들은 “자유로운 분위기 속에서 평소 전달하기 어려웠던 부분까지 솔직히 이야기할 수 있어 의미 있는 시간이었다”며, “앞으로도 이러한 자리가 자주 마련되길 기대한다”고 전했다.


베트남사업부는 향후에도 정기적인 소통 프로그램을 통해 현장의 목소리를 조직 운영에 적극 반영해 나갈 계획이다.
