“2022년 7월 인도 월례회 진행”


2022년 7월 19일(화), ㈜삼광 인도 사업부의 7월 월례회가 진행되었습니다.


금번 월례회는 인도 사업부에서 별도로 진행되는 월례회였습니다.

월례회 순으로는 애국가 제창, 경영방침 및 행동 강령 복창, 우수 사원 시상식, 7월 월례사 순으로 진행되었습니다.


인도 사업부 우수 사원은 적극적인 개선 활동과 사기 증진에 공을 기여한 직원 총 22명이 선정되었으며, 최우수 3명, 우수 10명, 장려 9 명이 선정되어 부상으로 총 55,000루피가 지급되었습니다.


월례사에서는 지난 2022년 7월 4일(월), 진행된 한국 사업부 정기 월례회 당시 김진우 대표이사님께서 강조하신 ‘실패비용 감소’에 관한 말씀을 전달하였습니다.


첫 번째 “개발 단계에서 양산성을 가질 수 있도록 노력해야 합니다.”


두 번째, “불량의 원인 약 70%가 관리의 부재입니다. 실무에서 발생하는 문제점들을 어떻게 개선할 것인지 지속적으로 고민하여 개선해 주시길 바랍니다.”


세 번째, “이제는 실패비용을 획기적으로 줄여 나가야 합니다. 실패비용은 불량 발생 시 재생산 및 관리로 인해 비용이 2~3배 증가합니다. 실패비용을 0%로 만들어 나가기 위해 철두철미하게 관리합시다.”


네 번째, “위기가 곧 기회입니다. 침체, 의기소침, 물량 감소 이런 부정적인 단어가 아닌 이 시기를 잘 견뎌 다시 올라갈 준비를 합시다.”라는 월례사를 전달하였습니다. 


또한 끝으로 “코로나19와 우크라이나 사태로 인한 글로벌 위기임에도 늘 최선을 다해주시는 임직원 여러분들께 감사 인사를 전합니다. 한자리에 머무는 회사가 아닌 지속 발전하는 회사를 만들어 나가기 위해 전 임직원이 자신의 맡은 업무를 100% 달성하겠다는 목표로 미래를 준비해 주시길 바랍니다.”라는 말을 전달하였습니다.


이날 인도 사업부의 월례회는 임직원 약 300여 명이 참여하였습니다.


전 해외 사업부 모두 개인 방역 수칙을 철저히 준수하여 코로나19 예방을 위해 노력해 주시길 바랍니다.
