(삼광NEWS)-지난 8월 1일(목) 신수종사업부 대회의실에서 신입사원(김동영 사원)의 OJT 교육결과 발표회가 진행 되었습니다. 김동영 사원은 지난 4월 오토모티브사업부에서 제조 현장 교육 및 실습 1차발표를 마친 후, 외부 교육과 오토모티브에서 약 2개월이라는 시간과 동관 법인에서 약 1개월이라는 시간 동안 금형 심화 교육과정을 이수하게 되었습니다. 지난 2월 삼광에 입사한 김동영 사원은 3개월의 입문 과정을 끝내고 제조업의 기초가 되는 금형에 대해 심도 있게 교육을 진행함으로써, 제조 프로세스에 대한 이해 지식을 더욱 높일 수 있는 시간이 되었으며, 3개월 간 금형 심화 교육을 통해 국내외 법인에서 다루는 금형에 대한 공통점과 차이점을 바탕으로 금형 업무 방식에 의한 장단점을 파악할 수 있었다는 소감을 밝혔습니다. 또한, 실무에서 여건상 진행이 어려운 교육부분에 대하여 외부 교육기관을 통해 기초 관련 전문 교육을 진행함으로써 설계 및 해석 관련한 프로그램을 경험 하였고, 기존 외부 교육과 달리 유급훈련과정 이므로 다른 임직원들에게 많은 기회가 주어지면 좋을 것 같다는 제안도 하였습니다. 바쁜 일정에도 후배의 교육에 정성을 쏟아준 선배들께 감사의 뜻을 전하며, 준비한 발표를 마치자 열심히 교육에 임하여 전문가가 된 신입사원에게 격려의 박수를 아끼지 않았습니다.

 

김동영 사원은 금형 마스터 OJT 과정을 추가로 이수할 계획이며, 향후 삼광 법인 중 가장 큰 규모의 설비로 구성된 동관 법인에서 새로운 실무지식을 더 넓히기 위해 성실히 임할 것이라는 포부를 밝혔습니다. 김동영 사원의 교육에 대한 열의와 끊임 없는 노력에 박수를 보내드리며, 남은 교육을 이수한 후 현업에서도 능력을 발휘하는 모습을 기대 하겠습니다.
