(삼광NEWS)-5월 21일(화) 화창한 날씨 가운데, 삼광 본사 주차장에서 중식 시간을 이용하여 “회사로 찾아가는 이동 카페 커피차”를 운영 하였습니다. 경상북도와 경산시 에서 공동으로 후원하는 비영리 단체인 「하나HRD센터」에서 지역內 청년 창업을 활성화 하기 위한 프로젝트의 일환으로 지역내 기업체에 신청을 받아 방문하여 운영하고 있습니다. 회사 내에 야외 카페가 차려지고, 시중보다 훨씬 저렴한 가격으로 음료가 제공되자, 점심식사 후에 사원들이 삼삼오오 찾아와 여유 있게 음료를 한잔하면서 담소를 나누는 모습과 웃음 꽃이 여기저기서 피어 올랐습니다.

 

아메리카노와 아이스티는 각각 천원에 바닐라라떼와 레몬에이드가 이천원이라는 가격에 판매되자, 간부들이 호기 있게 지갑을 열어 후배들에게 음료를 사주며 선심을 베풀기도 하였으며, 단체 주문을 하는 부서도 있었습니다. 행사 전일에 비도 내리고 바람이 불었던 터라, 미세먼지 없는 화창한 날씨와 따스한 햇살 가운데, 음료 한잔을 들고 여유를 느끼는 임직원들의 모습을 보며 흐뭇함을 느꼈습니다. 회사를 방문한 손님들도 이채로운 광경에 음료를 주문하기도 하였고, 좋은 목적으로 진행하는 행사의 취지에 기꺼이 지갑을 열기도 하였습니다.

 

약 200여명의 임직원들이 카페를 이용 하였으며, 금번 이동 카페 행사에 긍정적인 반응을 보였습니다. 이인규 부사장은 대표이사를 대신하여 청년 지역일꾼 육성을 위해  다양한 노력을 하며, 임직원들에게 잠깐의 여유와 즐거움을 선사한 하나HRD센터에 소정의 후원금을 전달 하였으며, 깊은 감사와 격려를 전하였습니다. 후원금을 전달받은 관계자의 얼굴에 웃음꽃이 만발하며, 이렇게 호의적인 회사는 처음이라며, 총리께서 방문했을 때보다 더 큰 격려를 받아서 행복하다는 소감을 전했습니다.

 

금일 본사에서 진행한 이동 카페 행사에 대하여 임직원들의 좋은 반응이 있었던 바, 6월에도 센터 측과 협의를 통해 본사는 물론 타사업장에도 운영할 수 있도록 진행할 계획 입니다. 오늘 수고해 주신 하나HRD센터 관계자들께 감사를 드리며, 지역내 많은 기업체들을 방문하여 즐거움을 선사해 주시길 삼광 임직원들도 응원하겠습니다.
