김진우대표이사님이 ㈜삼광 인도사업부 현장 경영을 진행하였습니다.


현장 경영에 참석한 인원은 인도사업부 김영관사업부장을 비롯한 각 공정 및 팀 관리자 15명이 참여하였습니다.


현장 점검은 금형, 생산기술, 사출, MCT, 버핑, 도장, CNC, 조립 순으로 진행하였습니다.


주요 점검 내용으로는 각 설비별 주기 관리 재설정, 공간 활용방안(금형 적재대 위 공간) 검토, 사출 컨베어 라인 청결 유지 및 주변 정리(각종 전선, 호스 등), 도장 부스실과 조립 레이아웃 등을 점검하였습니다.


현장 경영 시 김진우대표이사님은 “처음부터 한 번에 개선하기 보다 정확한 문제점을 파악하여 단계별로 개선해 나가길 바라며, 체크 시트 관리에 더욱 신경 써 주기 관리가 더욱 잘될 수 있도록 해주시길 바랍니다.”라는 말씀을 하였습니다.

 

인도사업부는 현장 경영 이후, 현장 경영 당시 발생한 문제점들에 대해 단계별 개선 예정입니다.
